I often come across the PTC member who did not click ads. Actually, instead of not going / lazy to click, but most of the constraints they are the ads appear like’ve clicked / disable so can be clicked off, but not previously that day click on the ads. Another obstacle is almost the same, Ads Appear / enable, but fitting is clicked, it says (Another user using your IP address already viewed this advertisement in the last 24 hours…) though not click. Such problems often experienced by customers of Internet Service Providers (ISP) type of GSM and CDMA.
The problem occurs because the ISP’s GSM / CDMA systems use Dynamic IP Share. That is, Users can use the IP change when reset (Dynamic), and an IP used by a lot (Share). Thus causing a same IP used by two or more of the PTC member will click on ads on the same day. So there was the problem.
To overcome these problems, which can be done is:- Check the IP address by visiting http://www.lawrencegoetz.com/programs/ipinfo/, record the displayed IP
- Log Out from the PTC website
- Open software Panel of Modem.
- Click the Disconnect button.
- After the connection is lost, click Connect button.
- If the connection is connected, check your IP again like step 1.
- If the IP remains the same with the previous IP, repeat steps 4-6.
- If the IP is different from the initial IP, login back to the PTC website, and click the ads. Hopefully can.
- If the problem still occurs, repeat the steps.
